We design our products to function perfectly during all of their lifespan, but sometimes (in fact, rarely) little details could slip during the manufacturing process.
Defective parts caused by little stumbles in the manufacturing process are covered by our 24Bottles Lifetime Warranty.

In the meantime, it is important to know what we refer to when we say "For Life" and "Lifetime".

The product's lifetime is referred to as its lifetime. Inevitably, this is pertinent to the lifespan of the parts and materials rather than your life or ours.
Although we utilize the best materials available to achieve the maximum durability, the lifespan of a product is determined by how well it is cared for and how much use it receives, not by how old it is.
All materials deteriorate over time with use and exposure to the environment.

But for sure, your 24Bottles products will be your trusted companions for great number of adventures, and yes, memories last for ever.

What does our Lifetime Warranty not cover?

  • Improper Use: It is important to use your 24Bottles with care. Damage caused by improper use is not covered by our warranty.
  • Unauthorized Modifications: Any modifications made to the product by unauthorized sources are not covered by our warranty.
  • Normal Wear: Constant use over time may cause small signs of wear, such as superficial scratches and dents, which are not covered by the warranty.
  • Accidental Damage: Accidents happen, but damage caused by accidental drops or impacts is not covered by the warranty.
  • Unauthorized Customizations: Modifications or customizations made to your 24Bottles by third parties are not covered by our warranty.
FAQ
HOW CAN I CLEAN MY WATER BOTTLE?

Cleaning your 24Bottles products is easy. We recommend rinsing them with hot water after each use, especially if used to store a liquid other than water.

We also suggest regular washing: good maintenance of your 24Bottles will ensure that you can use your product for many years.

You can simply use warm water and neutral soap, or a mixture of warm water and vinegar or a teaspoon of baking soda for a more natural alternative; in fact, when used separately, they are an excellent cleaning solution and definitely more natural than dish soap.

Once washed, always leave the bottle to dry upside down and without the lid.

Small spots can appear inside your bottle as a result of continuous use, especially with coffee or black tea, but don’t worry: this won’t change the safety and durability of your 24Bottles.

CAN I WASH MY BOTTLE IN THE DISHWASHER?

The 24Bottles with uncolored stainless steel finish are dishwasher safe. However, we do not recommend dishwasher washing for other colored bottles, as it may damage the paint. Please remember that any damage caused by washing in the dishwasher will void your warranty.

CAN I PUT MY BOTTLE IN THE MICROWAVE?

No, stainless steel products are not suitable for microwaves.

CAN I PUT 24BOTTLES IN THE FREEZER OR REFRIGERATOR?

You can place your Urban Bottle in the freezer for a short time, but keep in mind that liquids may freeze and expand, damaging the bottle.
Your Urban Bottle can be safely stored in the refrigerator.

However, Clima Bottle and Travel Tumbler should never be frozen, as this may damage the bottle and its heat capacity.

HOW CAN I TEST THE THERMAL INSULATION OF MY BOTTLE?

(Clima Bottle and Travel Tumbler only)

You can test the thermal insulation of your stainless steel water bottle by following these steps:

  1. Place the empty bottle on a flat, clean surface.
  2. Carefully pour boiling water into the bottle, filling it to within 1 inch of the top. Do not touch the bottle while filling.
  3. Wait 5 minutes and then touch the outside of the bottle. If you feel hot spots, there may be an insulation problem. Wait for the water to cool completely before dispensing it from the bottle.
