Returns and Refunds
The right of return can be applied within 14 days from the delivery and it is valid only for purchases made in our online boutique www.24bottles.com; if the product has been purchased from an authorized retailer, it is necessary to return it directly to the retailer or in any case to the vendor.
Returns from Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy (included San Marino and Vatican City), Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain.
With your order number handy, contact our Support Team by email writing to [email protected]. Tell us the reason you wish to return the product and attach some pictures.
We would be pleased to send you a return label, waiting for the return to manage the refund.
Please note that:
– the product must be unaltered, in the original box and conditions;
– the product should not be personalized, used or washed.
If your request meets all these conditions, we will arrange to refund you the value of the returned product(s) and the shipping cost possibly paid when ordering.
